About Us
Grow Kind Collective was born from founders Pam and Constantin’s time living and working on the land at Sanctuary Farm and through their work with the Eco-Institute at Sanctuary Farm. Through tending the garden, co-leading the garden co-operative, hosting gatherings and events and sharing farm-to-table meals, they’ve had the privilege of watching individuals and communities come alive on the land, time and time again.
Inspired by these moments, they launched Grow Kind Collective to welcome more people to experience and enjoy the land they call home, Sanctuary Farm. Grow Kind Collective is an invitation to slow down, connect with the land and one another, and grow kindness, curiosity, and community together.
Pam Morrow
Pam brings over a decade of experience as a CPA, having transitioned from public accounting to a more conscious, land-connected way of living. Today, you’ll often find her in the garden with her toddler, Silas, welcoming others and reminding us that nature is accessible to all. Through her work with the Eco-Institute and Sanctuary Farm, Pam co-creates spaces that foster connection to land, self, and community, infusing the groups she leads with lightness, playfulness, and inclusivity. A certified 200-hour yoga teacher and Reiki Level II practitioner, Pam blends Yin and Yang yoga with meditation, adapting each session to meet the group’s needs. Her practice emphasizes consistency, creativity, and presence, inviting students to move, rest, and reconnect in ways that feel supportive and alive.
Constantin Demuth
Constantin’s background spans human geography, regenerative agriculture, and the culinary arts. A father, gardener, and community builder, he feels most at home outdoors—guiding people through gardens, getting hands in the soil, and sharing his love for simple, nourishing food grown by people we know. He enjoys trail running, tending plants, cooking big meals, and sparking curiosity and wonder in children.
